About this approach
Efforts to embed transformational learning into the core identity of a college or university often involve changes to policy, structure, and culture. Institutional change may take the form of a general education redesign, revised mission or values statements, or incorporating student flourishing into a school’s strategic plan.
These efforts align leadership, planning, and campus culture to ensure that transformational learning experiences are not the exception, but the norm.
